The (“PFR”) program is free for residents of the 29203 zip code. Our PFR program offers free vaccinations, microchipping, and spay/neuter for your dog, ensuring they remain healthy, happy and protected.

Pet Fix & Return requires compliance with Columbia Animal Services’ spay and neuter, microchipping, and rabies vaccine policies. Why are these services important?

  1. Microchipping: Help your pet get home safety by getting them microchipped- a simple way to ensure that they are identifiable if lost.
  2. Vaccines: Keep your pets safe from serious diseases by keeping them up-to-date on vaccines that protect their well-being.
